This carpet stretcher is ideal for laying carpet leaving a neat, professional finish, when you need to tension it on perimeter gripper bars - this carpet stretcher will help you complete that task. It has variable height pins for stretching carpet, soft rubber knee pad for 'buffing' carpet up to the skirting board. Five stage adjustable length steel tubing shaft with a plastic cover to protect the pin end.
